Since everyone with an internet connection, and an opinion can be an expert. That gives out rumors, and 5 star ratings. I figured that I’d give it a go. Here’s what I’d do to make AEW a promotion that could reach 2-3 million people consistently.

That W-L ratio needs to be applied to a specific division. Wins & losses were supposed to be important. There’s plenty of wrestlers with MMA & amateur wrestling backgrounds.
AEW needs to start a Shoot Wrestling division. Develop partnerships with GLEAT, American Top Team, IBJJF, and Gracie Jiu Jitsu. This division would also feature talent from ROH, and NJPW. Wrestlers like Katsuyori Shibata, and Tomohiro Ishii.
AEW has Dynamite, Rampage, Dark, and Elevation. AEW doesn’t need four programs right now. AEW Dark Elevation can become ROH Pure. A 1 hour program that’s streamed live on YouTube, and Twitch.
Start a trios tag team with Danhausen, Hook, and Dalton Castle. Get them in the championship conversation. Trust me it’ll help.
Buy the empty lot that used to be home to the Dallas Sportatorium. Rebuild it, and turn it into the Madison Square Garden of AEW. There’s so much history within that empty lot. WCCW, BTW, GWF, and NWA hosted events here.
This would be big news in Texas. It’d encourage Texans to support AEW. Also getting rights to some wrestling footage from the Sportatorium would be very useful.
Women’s tag team division featuring teams from AEW, TJPW, Stardom, AAA, and NWA.
Have MJF beat the crap out of whoever wins between CM Punk, and Jon Moxley. Once he’s done beating the champion up. Let him do a part 2 of that nuclear promo that he cut before. Telling everyone he’s next in line for a championship opportunity. No one else but him.

Buy Chikara for the intellectual properties that could be used on AEW TV. Purchase Wrestle-1 with the intention of creating a developmental territory in Japan.
Co-promote events in Puerto Rico, and Florida with WWC.

Get Jim Cornette to air his grievances live on AEW Dynamite from his home in Louisville. The Young Bucks, and Kenny Omega are sitting in the ring. The three of them get an opportunity to respond to Jim.
Get Jake Paul to have a boxing match with HOOK for the FTW championship on PPV. An actual boxing fight not an exhibition or a worked fight. HOOK is given 3 months to train during this feud.
The Paul brothers always attract attention from the internet. Use their controversial nature to go viral on social media. It’s a win for everyone.
Controversy can be good.
The AEW booking committee needs to be formed, and it needs to be mostly people from the industry.

I don’t know how the creative process currently works behind the scenes. But if AEW has a booking committee with individuals from different eras of wrestling. It’ll definitely put it on the path to success.
Creatives from outside the industry should be welcomed. But they should never be the majority of your creative team. Sixty percent needs to be people from the industry.
If Jim Cornette was willing to be apart of it in a remote fashion. I’d suggest him as well because he’s a walking encyclopedia of wrestling. The man isn’t going to voluntarily leave Louisville very often. That’s why Skype exists.
Two AEW manga series published by Kodansha. One for Danhausen, and another for Kenny Omega. It could lead to an AEW anime on Crunchyroll.
AEW-ROH-NJPW-AAA-Stardom-TJPW two day mega show in Chicago. If this does well it can be held in New York City a year later.
